“Actual Monthly Customer’s Billing” for “Standard Janitorial Services" is based upon the “Costs NOT TO EXCEED” custom quoted pricing.
“Monthly Customer Billing” is sent-out in the third week of each month of the contracted billing agreement:
- In general, terms of payment are based upon a “Net 7 Days” basis (Customer’s service payments must be received within one week of billing)
- “Customized or Specialized” terms of payment can be arranged upon request.
